1) Something is blocking Windows Update, all Anti-Virus Software, and any anti-virus software's website. Also, any time the computer is rebooted the Window's Firewall is turned off (even though I continuously turn it back on).
2) Any website I try to go to from a Google search redirects me to other random sites. This happens for every single search.
Is there any advice on how to solve both, if not one, of these problems?
Run the setup.exe file When it gets to the final step of the installation it will seem like it froze....it hasn't but it will take anywhere from 15mins to an hour to get through that step so just let it do its thing. Go into the Malware folder in through Program Files Rename the mbam.exe or what not file to mab.exe and run it. Do a full computer scan Check all and remove/fix/delete them.
