I have a dll that is loading the winfixer popup - and cannot remove it.  I have killbox, and it will not delete it.  Here is my latest hijack this.  the file I am concerned with is byvvv.dll.  Thanks for any suggestions for getting rid of this file.

1. Print a copy of this or save it into a word document.

2. Boot into safe mode by pressing F8. Booting into safe mode varies
from computers and their motherboard. If F8 doesn't work try the other
F keys or del.

3. Open Hijackthis remove the following. Make sure you get them all.
