when I download it I only get the manual and cccleaner . I am having the problem of getting redirected on just about every search . A lot of links don't work . I can't open Spybot or super anti spyware . I did manage to get hijack this downloaded and it worked . Could I just post the hijack this log here . I'll just post it here now.

could you provide a link to download the programs that are in the fix folder ? Maybe I could download them that way.

I was able to download the malwarebytes but can not install the program . I double click it and click run and I get an hourglass for about 5 seconds and then nothing. I see reading some other topics a lot of others have this issue also.

Hello

Try this ->

Download malwarebyte

Rename the file to setup.exe
Run the setup.exe file
Rename the directory it's installing to as Malware and rename the folder as Malware too in the installation setup screen
When it gets to the final step of the installation it will seem like it froze....it hasn't but it will take anywhere from 15mins to an hour to get through that step so just let it do its thing.
Go into the Malware folder in through Program Files
Rename the mbam.exe or what not file to mab.exe and run it.
Do a full computer scan
Check all and remove/fix/delete them.

Restart your computer and post a log

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.
