For the past 2 days my inbox has been jammed with virus. I've never seen anything like this before. I must have received more than 1000 different viruses during the past 24 hours. BullGuard has stopped them all, but it is pretty annoying and a waste of time. The funny thing is that it is different viruses, so far I've seen the following viruses:
- Netsky.B
- Netsky.C
- Netsky.D
- Dumaru.A
- Bagle.H
BullGuard is running all the time so I'm pretty sure that I'm not infected by anything. I also did a full scan just before.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thanks.

Most likely because some of your friends got infected - then you will get more spammed than otherwise.

It could also be because you have one of those email-addresses that the netsky-virus automatically sends to. I dont remember them exactly, but they are like john, admin, alex and so on @random-domain.com.
